Ashley PA took the time to talk to me , assess me, explain why she was ordering certain things, and make sure all my questions were answered. Great bed side manner. Excellent customer service. And Sandra the MA made me laugh when I felt so sick. I love that their employees look genuinely happy to work there.

I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Jesse G.Zablan at the urgent care. His kindness and warmth towards my 3-year-old daughter were truly commendable. Dr. Jesse took the time to explain everything in a simple and understandable manner, making us feel comfortable and well-cared for. I appreciate his excellent care and personable approach.

I received the best treatment and caring at urgent care. Dr Teri Yoshitake is the best. She listened to everything I had to say. The next day i felt so much better. You guys have earned my family urgent needs forever. I’m looking for a female primary doctor, any recommendation's?? I moved to the La Verne two years ago.

I was in a lot of pain. The receptionist was so nice and caring and help my grandmother register me. my wait time was not long five minutes if that. my doctor, as well as my nurse were so respectful of my condition. They took very good care of me. I love this urgent care.

Honestly the front receptionists act like they don’t care about you at all but the nurses once you get inside are so nice and caring and actually listen to you the doctor we got was named Nicholas was very nice and understanding with my daughter. I would of given them five stars if they receptionist would be nicer and more understanding with their patients.

Showed up right before closing nobody was rude or upset. It was a wonderful experience quick and clean urgent care. We will def be back. They helped my son who had just broken his wrist falling out of a tree!

Dr. Ashley Yu was my PA today. She was super thorough patient, and kind. I didn't feel rushed by her even though the urgent care was busy. I felt heard and respected, thank you Dr. Yu!
